2025 UIL State Championships: North Shore vs Duncanville Set for Round 4

ARLINGTON, Texas — The road to AT&T Stadium is complete. The matchups for the 2025 UIL Texas High School Football State Championships are officially set, featuring perennial powerhouses and historic rivalries.
The games will take place from December 17-20, culminating in the Class 6A showdowns on Saturday.
The Main Event: North Shore vs. Duncanville IV
For the fourth consecutive season, Galena Park North Shore and Duncanville will meet in the Class 6A Division I State Championship. This rivalry has defined the top level of Texas high school football for the last half-decade. Both teams enters the game with 14-1 records after dominating their respective semifinal opponents.
Kickoff: Saturday, Dec. 20, 3:00 PM CT
6A Division II: DeSoto vs. C.E. King
In the Division II bracket, defending champion DeSoto returns to Jerry World to face C.E. King. DeSoto's high-powered offense, which averaged over 50 points per game in the playoffs, will be tested by C.E. King's physical defense.
